STREETWORK INSPECTOR:

Network Management Team:

£ £40,833 incl. LW

Communities, Environment, and Central have vacancies in its Network Management Division for a Street works Inspector with experience working in a busy highway department with a high-profile customer interface.

Responsibilities include:
Carrying out audits and inspections of Streetworks,
Ensuring all commercial, quality, and performance targets are achieved.
Overseeing the coordination and organisation of reinstatement works.
Liaising with Clients and other company supervisors

Drafting Temporary Traffic Orders for utility works
Managing Streetworks defects, section 74 fines, section 81, and Permit inspections. Attending weekly meetings with clients and subcontractors.

You will have experience working in a roads and street works environment within the London Permit Scheme. You will be knowledgeable regarding the use of the relevant legislation and codes of practice.

Requirements:

Streetworks & defect experience
NRSWA Supervisors Certificate
