HR Internship Program 2023
We are currently seeking an intern, with a keen interest in HR, to join our committed HR team.

The successful intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team across all areas of HR including: Recruitment, Reward, Learning and Development, Talent Management and Employee Engagement.

You will also have the opportunity to spend focus time on key HR business projects throughout the year.

This is a great opportunity for an intern, who is hoping to gain practical experience in a sector leading and growing organisation.

Skills Required:

A good team player with a positive work ethic and a 'can do' solution focused attitude
Strong organisational skills & a desire to deliver process excellence
Effective verbal & written communication skills, enabling efficient business interaction and communication to our employees at all levels
Customer focused with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and to prioritise own workload
Attention to detail, and the ability to carry out activity with discretion & confidentiality
Experience of using Office 365 (MS Word & Excel), updating systems, and data management
A growth mindset, with the ability to handle the unknown, be resilient, and calm under a busy workload
