Workshop Fitter
This is a varied role within a small and dynamic locally based team.


The role is based near Braintree, where you will need to be within a commutable distance with access to your own vehicle and hand tools.


The role


As a Workshop Fitter you will be assembling and fitting architectural steel such as handrails, balustrades, staircases, and railings decking, glazing, and cladding balconies.

Assemble of various architectural products.

Working on your own initiative andas part of a dedicated team
,you will be focused on achieving a good standard of quality and will ensure production target dates are met.

You will need to be a physically fit have a problem-solving attitude and have a great energy.


You should:

  • Be focused on solutions, (cando attitude)
  • Great at time management and completing tasks
  • Be highly flexible and adaptable
  • Adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions
  • Enjoy working in a fastpaced environment

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Ability to read drawings
  • Problemsolving approach and positive nature
  • Strong desire to be successful in your role
