One Property Recruitment have been instructed on the search for a Resident Service Associate based in Cardiff.

This position is within the Build to rent sector and you will be at the forefront of a high-end luxury development.

The Residents Service Associate is a vital member of the front of house team.

This role would be perfect for someone who has at least 2 years' experience in the property sector and for someone personable who loves interacting with new people.

Your core duties will consist of:

Building superb relationships with external partners.
Conducting property checks

- to ensure that the move in and out process of residents runs smoothly.

Working closely with your nurturing line manager to ensure that the optimum levels of customer service are always provided.
Handle daily enquiries from tenants and attempt to answer / solve these queries effectively.
Liaise with and book contractors as well as flagging up maintenance issues quickly to be fixed.
Keep updated with new Health and Safety regulations and implement changes as required

You will ideally have 2 years' experience within the property industry, and it is essential that you have previous administrative experience as well as customer facing experience.
