_Please note that this role is part time (3 days per week - Wednesday to Friday)._About the job
The postholder will be a key part of the team that will deliver this a current project to procure and rollout improved breathing apparatus and ancillary equipment for frontline staff.
The postholder will provide administrative support to the project team and play a key part in documenting, scheduling, and creating reports to ensure that the project delivers on time and to the agreed scope.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Deal with contacts from external organisations and members of the public professionally
- Provide direct administrative support to the project manager and project team, including diary maintenance, scheduling, and meeting requests
- Create, photocopy, collate, and despatch project updates, briefing papers/reports
- Service meetings, including obtaining the availability of attendees, the preparation of
Skills, knowledge, and experience
- Experience of creating, implementing and monitoring project plans to ensure the timely completion of project activities
- Experience of setting up and maintaining detailed administrative processes
- Experience of working flexibly as a member of a team and with mínimal supervision
