_Please note that this role is part time (3 days per week - Wednesday to Friday)._


About the job


The postholder will be a key part of the team that will deliver this a current project to procure and rollout improved breathing apparatus and ancillary equipment for frontline staff.


The postholder will provide administrative support to the project team and play a key part in documenting, scheduling, and creating reports to ensure that the project delivers on time and to the agreed scope.


Key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels
  • Deal with contacts from external organisations and members of the public professionally
  • Provide direct administrative support to the project manager and project team, including diary maintenance, scheduling, and meeting requests
  • Create, photocopy, collate, and despatch project updates, briefing papers/reports
  • Service meetings, including obtaining the availability of attendees, the preparation of
- agendas and minutes, the receipt, collation and despatch of all documents and follow up actions, having due regard to deadlines


Skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Experience of creating, implementing and monitoring project plans to ensure the timely completion of project activities
  • Experience of setting up and maintaining detailed administrative processes
  • Experience of working flexibly as a member of a team and with mínimal supervision
