Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) family are part of NHS Wales and have an important role in changing the way health and care services are delivered in Wales.
The organisation supports our stakeholders with modern systems and access to important information about their patients, while empowering the people of Wales to manage their own health through digital NHS Wales services.
Establish and maintain effective two way written and verbal communication with Stakeholders including Optometrists as directed by Line Manager. Discuss with Stakeholders their existing and future IT business needs, agree and proactively manage. Liaise with internal DHCW colleagues informally or in meetings as appropriate.Monitor service requests and act as an escalation point for Stakeholder issues, liaising with DHCW teams, Health Boards and Suppliers, as necessary.
Updating Stakeholders on new developments, system changes, service information etc to include presentations, 1:1 virtual and onsite meetings. Represent DHCW and Primary Care as requested at local and national events. Provide advice and guidance to Primary Care Stakeholders in accordance with national procedures and guidelines virtually or onsite.Responsible for providing and receiving information in relation to products/services projects and workstreams that will need to be interpreted and communicated to team members.
Liaising with Product Support Managers, internal DHCW colleagues as required. Support the design and delivery of presentations to Stakeholder audiences. Attend any meetings, with Stakeholders and DHCW colleagues ensuring any planning and preparation is complete before the meeting.
