As an Area Co-Ordinator, you will take responsibility as part of the construction team to successfully implement a package of work on a major project.

You'll ensure that our subcontractors are carrying out work on time and to specification, and above all ensuring that we continue to work to world class safety standards.

You'll carry out daily planning and instruction of construction activity, update project documentation, co-ordinate on site personnel and ensure that in line with the project plan that any corrective/defect notifications are raised in a timely fashion.

You'll need to have good communication skills, possess a positive 'can-do' approach and be able to maintain great working relationships with cross function colleagues across the consortium and subcontractors.

More important is your enthusiasm for ensuring we do a great job.
