We currently have opportunities for support workers to join our team in Southampton working in our supported living location supporting men with learning disabilities and mental health.

The men you will be supporting have come from a forensic backgroundand been in contact with the Criminal justice system through past offending.


The role will require a real desire and ability to engage with service users in a confident, compassionate and non-judgmental manner, with a primary focus of enabling recovery, well-being and independence.

This can be a challenging but rewarding role and although previous experience is desirable training will be provided.


You will need to be able to work shifts from 8am-2pm and 2pm-8pm or 8am - 8pm across the week and weekends.

You should be confident to lone work as required.


We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus.
