About us:

Pro-Auto is a small and friendly privately owned garage and MOT testing centre based in Upper Heyford.

Position:

We require a front of house administrator to join our team, this role will require someone who is confident in customer service but also has a strong administration background.

Workshop administration would be an advantage but all training will be provided.

The roll will involve:

Assisting us to organise and structure our technicians workloads
Dealing with customers over the phone and in person
Speaking to suppliers and ordering parts / Organising return parts
Producing job sheets for the techs and invoices for completed jobs
Ensuring that we capture all the relevant details from customers (to enable proactive marketing)
Completing supplier reconciliations
Maintaining service records for equipment
The roll will require you to learn all office process's
