Are you a persuasive and customer-oriented professional with a knack for driving sales and delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Customer Service Executive and become an integral part of our sales force, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.


Duties:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and offer solutions that align with their requirements
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring longterm satisfaction and loyalty
  • Upsell products and services to maximixe customer satisfaction and company revenue

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Salary:
From £23,513.10 per year
