Permanent - 35 Hours per week

Our Supporter Relations team, in which this role sits, is key to supporting the wider fundraising department in meeting its goals.

We have ambitious plans to deliver a memorable and proactive service to anyone engaging with Mind. Our unrivalled service willsupport our three-year fundraising objective; increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33%.

You will need:
Excellent team management skills

Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Experience of highlighting and improving procedures

Experience of communicating complex information to a wide range of stakeholders in a way that's easy to digest and understand
