I am currently recruiting for an
Operations Manager / Project Manager to work at my client a leading local authority based in Sheffield.
This is an exciting role and offers the chance to head up a newly created team to work on a new project being implemented in Sheffield.
Your duties will involve:
- Manage the performance of a variety of programme activities and contracts
- Setting up processes and procedures so that everything is in place for the go live date of the project
- Manage a team of 8 staff which will grow over time
- Coordinate a variety of stakeholders and departments in the successful implementation of the overall project
- Develop and maintain stakeholder and delivery partner relationships to underpin effective delivery and commitment
- Handling calls that are escalated by the team to resolution
- Manage the workflow and coordiate resources accordingly
- Provide MI and report stats to the board and external bodies by Interrogating data
To be successful as a process administrator you will:
- Have a strong background in project management
- Be confident in setting up processes and procedures
- Pick up and understand the processes already in place quickly
- Have strong communication skills both written and oral
- Work successfully as part of a team
- Have IT skills both in MS packages and the use of CRM systems
- Have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
The hours of work are full time and from 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.
**An attractive hourly rate of £22.51 (PAYE) is on offer or £28.06 per hour via umbrella.
