We are currently looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to be part of our friendly and hardworking team in our Warrington store.

The General Assistant is a varied role and critical to the continued success of our business. To be successful in this role you will have an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with customers.

Key Skills

  • Approachability
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills
  • Good PC skills
  • Working under pressure
  • Preferred previous face to face customer service experience
  • A grounding in the latest technology (phones, laptops etc) is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided
Key responsibilities

  • To create a positive work environment, supporting management and their teams.
  • Actively promote most aspects of our business including buying, selling and pawnbroking.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Experience:

- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
