Description
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and personable individual to provide administrative support and diary management in a fast faced environment to 6 busy Directors within the support functions of the business (Finance, Technology, HR, Design & Development)


Requirements:


This role will see you working autonomously, whilst also working closely with the Business Support team and getting involved with lots of different areas of the business.

Arrange meetings internally and externally across multiple time zones
Monitor changes in fast moving diaries, addressing any clashes promptly
Screen incoming calls, routing the enquiries to the relevant people where necessary
Booking meeting rooms and setting them up for meetings
General administrative support including preparing letters, formatting documents, filing, archiving, photocopying, shredding, organising couriers
Work closely with suppliers/investors and their assistants
Dealing with confidential information and understanding how and when to use discretion
Meet and greet guests, ensuring they're shown to the correct meeting room and offered refreshments
Assist and support with ad hoc company events and other general administrative duties within the business support team
Provide holiday cover for other assistants in the team, supporting their directors and leadership team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working as a PA to multiple directors in a fast paced and demanding role
Confident working independently and as part of a team
