Are you a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for temporary work in the Bradford area? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Lynfield Mount Hospital with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients experiencing mental health difficulties. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for patients. Your main priority will be to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients under your care.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with patients quickly.

You must be able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to challenging situations effectively. Your empathy and understanding will be crucial in helping patients feel supported during their time in hospital.

This temporary position will require you to work from 07:30 to 20:00 on the specified dates, providing continuity of care for patients throughout the day.

You will need to be flexible and able to work well within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to deliver the best possible outcomes for patients.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will receive a competitive payment rate of £225 per shift, paid through an umbrella company.
