The Customer Service Representative's role will include:

  • Answering inbound calls from our clients, often being the first point of contact
  • Routing calls to the relevant departments, or gathering relevant information in order to raise a support case
  • Assisting with managing the Engineering installations calendar (booking in Engineer's jobs, confirming visits and ordering kit)
  • Ensuring ongoing communication and completing customer courtesy calls to ensure customers are satisfied with their level of service and to update them on latest offers
  • Account administration and updating the CRM database with any additions/changes
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Resolving any customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
  • Ensuring customers are kept informed of the status of their queries
  • Providing Training to customers on how to use handsets and software (sometimes on the customers site)
  • Helping install equipment at customers sites and making changes to cabling.

What we will be looking for in you:

  • Telephone-based customer service experience is essential
  • An awesome personality
  • Great communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Resilient and naturally motivatedwith a sense of fun
  • Highly organised and detailoriented.
  • An interest in technology

£20,952.00-£21,995.00 per year
