Weekend Production Operative

The Weekend Production Operative will be required to multi-skill across process areas as required to support production output.


The responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to)**:

  • Follow process instructions to assist in achieving daily output
  • Follow all health and safety procedures
  • Wearing full PPE Lead
  • Weigh fill and press Squid Cartridges
  • Manufacture and preparation for Chaff productions
  • Assembly of Flares
  • Ensure compliance with the Core Health & Safety Cire Training
  • Quality control of all products
  • Handling of pyrotechnic products

Weekend Production Operative Specification:


  • Right to live and work in the UK, with ability to obtain a BPSS
  • Ability to wear full PPE
  • Previously worked in a similar environment
  • Safety knowledge
This role will be worked over a 3 day week; Friday 3pm-11:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-11:30pm. Flexibility in this role is critical to the success of supporting the team.
