This global powerhouse boast a culture of innovation, creativity and collaboration are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join their small team of ten.


They would like someone to lead the L&D function, set up and influence the senior management and be creative with ideas.

As these projects may not be accepted by the CEO/CFO immediately, they are looking for someone who is resilient and prepared to keepputting forward their ideas as they might not get it the first time (and to not be frustrated by this).

The role reports into the HR Director who is extremely supportive, high energy and lots of fun.


They are a small team of ten who all tell me that it is one of the best places they have worked and love the career development opportunities provided by a fast-growing business as well as the hybrid working culture and family values.

They are very supportiveof each other and looking forward to welcoming someone new to the team.


To be successful in this role you will need to lead L&D initiatives, drive e-learning programmes and be confident advising management across the business at all levels on L&D initiatives.

Experience in using a Learning Management System (LMS) and Skillsoftis preferred but not essential.


They are looking for someone who is committed to a long-term career with them and has the patience to allow time to develop the function - this cannot be done overnight - implementation can be relatively slow, so you need to be fine with this.
