We have an opportunity in our Livingston Office for an Administrator with extensive opportunity to develop your knowledge in Employee Relations

Main Objectives:


  • To provide day to day administration support to the regional field teams and project managers to ensure efficient and accurate admin duties
  • Ensure that the operation runs seamlessly in line with the field team expectations
  • To provide one point of contact for all administration duties for dedicated account admin
  • For our customers to receive the same firstclass service levels and communication skills throughout the department with multi skilled administrators using all reporting systems
  • Develop long term relationships with internal and external teams
  • Cross functional team working with all departments in the business
  • Understand our client's operations and support specifically to clients' needs as and when from an administrative view.
  • Reviewing insight reports and actioning weak links
  • Reviewing all complaints and responded once investigated by field team
  • Ordering of uniform and tracking over orders and managing budget
  • Audit compliance support by supporting with assignment instruction build and risk assessment build
  • Completion of employee ID badges.
  • Be able to engage on conference calls and potentially notetake if required and follow through with actions
Some of these duties may vary dependant on business needs.


Experience and knowledge desired, not compulsory:

  • PC literate, word, excel, capable of working on in house systems
  • National 5 english
  • Experience of working in the security industry would be of benefit, but is not essential
  • Experience in projects administration desirable
  • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects new contract wins
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent time management essential
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment would be of benefit working to strict deadlines, providing excellent customer service both internal and external is critical
  • Full training will be given where required
