A London based forward thinking construction consultancy are seeking a proactive Office Manager to join their small established business in the heart of London.


The Office Manager


The successful Office Manager will support a small team, and primarily assist with the overall running of the office, assisting Directors, HR and Projects Managers.

The Office Manager will also be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process andgeneral administration.

The Office Manager will be required on an accommodating part time basis.


The Office Manager Role

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Report writing
  • Microsoft proficiency, including Excel
  • Invoicing
  • Maintaining the office supplies
  • Diary management
  • Organizing meetings
  • Invoicing
  • Customer/ Client liaison
  • Supporting Project Managers with general admin duties

- £23,000 - £28,000 pro rata basis
