Role's Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide a superior administrative support to four Executive Leaders in P&C Specialties in planning, scheduling, executing, and reporting tasks and projects to deliver business goals and priorities.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Proactively manage the diaries of the Executives to ensure an efficient schedule. To ensure sufficient time allocated for preparation, pre work and pre briefings.
  • To manage all meeting coordination including for internal and external parties/clients and to liaise with facilities and catering accordingly.
  • To be the interface of the Executives for communication and liaison.
  • Coordinate and manage all travel for the Executives including a full trip schedule with endtoend bookings and contingency information.
  • Assist with event management for large events (e.g. roadshows, conferences), including venue booking, coordinating attendees, and designing and producing supporting documentation.
  • Organise teamwide events, including town halls, away days and social events.
  • Support the Executives with complex administrative tasks, e.g. office moves.
  • Contribute to effective working relationships with other business unit PA/EA's, overseas offices, HQ management and external clients.
  • Minute team meetings and communication meeting notes and minutes, ensuring to capture and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Processing of invoices and expenses.
  • Assisting with onboarding for new starters.
  • Track team leave and travel, as required.
  • Formatting / drafting correspondence and documents efficiently and accurately as required.
  • To work closely with the 'Business Support Team' to ensure best practice, efficiency and effective communication across the P&C Specialties division.
  • Proactive, wellorganised and dependable
  • Experience as a PA in a Corporate environment, ideally supporting more than one individual
  • Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, coordinate and prioritise your workload in order to meet business demands/timescales
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills, including research and investigation
  • Professional and calm under pressure
  • An understanding of and adherence to Lockton standards and procedures.
  • Understand the nature of the insurance broking industry and the role that Lockton plays.
