up to £35,000 dependent upon experience
We are currently partnering with a nationwide contractor within the construction industry.

The Role:


  • Reviewing tender documents and assessing project scope
  • Preparing construction budgets and labour profiles prior to tender handover
  • Reviewing and providing proposals for improved purchasing, identifying tender complexities
  • Monitoring the stages of a project to make sure that costs are kept in line with forecasts
  • Helping obtainbids for new contracts and supporting buying activities
  • Maintain accurate records of all tenders submitted
  • Previous estimating experience
  • Experience researching materials, equipment, and labour costs
  • Tender documentation literate
  • Previous experience completion of tender handovers for contracts awarded
  • Efficient in preparing and submitting quotations for work
  • Electrical Estimating experience knowledge
  • Experience of continuous management of key tenders
  • Completing tender review for all estimates
  • Preparing and submitting quotations for work
  • Gathering and facilitating quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
