What you will do:
- Work closely with brand, digital, marketing, product and other business stakeholders to schedule and deliver content updates for the Metro Bank website
- Act as a website SME to implement best practice and identify solutions for optimal customer experiences and journeys through the website and how they're integrated within campaign journeys
- Work closely with third parties including developers to manage new features and functionality, ensuring releases reflect agreed scope, budget and timelines
- Continuously work to optimise website performance, identify and resolve performance issues
- Support the Website Manager with the development of processes, procedures and policies ensuring all are documented and embedded into teams
- Manage risk governance and controls ensuring risks are minimised
- Ensure the website meets accessibility and vulnerable customer needs
- You will organise your own busy workload across long and shortterm projects but have the ability to react quickly if required

**What you will need: - Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders- 2+ years of experience in any or all of the following: Website manager, content manager, digital marketing
- Good knowledge of CMS and analytical platforms including but not limited to Optimizely, Google Analytics
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment and working collaboratively in a multifunctional team
- Good technical SEO knowledge
- Strong experience in risk management and governance having worked in a highly regulated industry
- Understanding of vulnerable customer requirements and website accessibility
- Issue/Project tracking including platforms such as Jira
- Good technical SEO knowledge
- Strong project management and time management
- Experience working in an agile delivery environment and multifunctional team
