Cheval currently has an exciting opportunity for an Reception Supervisor to join their team to support two of their Luxury serviced apartment residences,
Cheval The Edinburgh Grand and Cheval Old Town Chambers. Our beautiful properties in the heart of Edinburgh.

As Reception Supervisor, of these 5* luxury residences, looking after a total of 124 apartments across the city, you will need to be a confident hospitality professional who has previous experience within a luxury high-end property and is dedicated to delivering service excellence to all guests.

Have supervisory experience within a front office role
Have worked in a luxury hospitality environment
Are experienced in a property management system
Can build excellent relationships with guests
Have experience in motivating and leading a front office team
Are a confident communicator
Have strong attention for detail
Have a positive attitude in everything you do
Have a friendly, professional and warm manner

The Reception Supervisor role means you will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the Front Office department, floating between both properties, including to supervise, guide and train the team.

You will ensure that the team are performing to the company standards and that all guests are receiving an excellent guest experience from start to finish.

Situated on St Andrew Square in the city's New Town area, the Residence pays homage to its former life as an historic banking landmark, The National Bank of Scotland.

The well-known building has been beautifully renovated to house 50 fully equipped serviced apartments, with options to accommodate from one to six guests.

Each apartment seamlessly incorporates the building's historic roots with slick contemporary design, and the interior décor has been intricately chosen to enhance authentic features including original dark wood panelling, fireplaces, brass door handles and decorative cornicing.
