Humanities Teacher Required Urgently in Swindon

Are you an experienced Humanities teacher looking for your next role in Swindon?

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic Humanities teacher to join a Secondary Academy in Swindon. This fantastic opportunity is starting in ASAP up until July initially, but could be extended.

This full-time Humanities Teacher role is coveringa long-term absence and so full duties will be expected to be taken on by the successful Humanities teacher.

This large and forward thinking Academy in Swindon is looking for a Humanities teacher who is happy to teach across KS3 & KS4.

Salary is negotiabledepending on experience and pay scale. The school will consider someone part time if they have the right experience


This Academy in Swindon is a well established school, and they offer lots of CPD and career progression to each and every one of their staff members.

It is a large school with plenty of on site parking and on a good bus route

  • Hold QTS status or equivalent Humanities teaching qualification, or have experience of teaching Geography to KS
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
