Lettings Negotiator - Bury - Up to £25,000 plus commission

Brand new Lettings role to join a residential and commercial property management company, who have been established for more than 25 years and with over 2000 residential and commercial properties in their portfolio a rent roll of £10million+ per annum.

Over the next 5 years, the company will be investing a further £20 million into hubs across the North West as their portfolio continues to grow

What you will be doing

Promoting & Marketing 'onpoint' vacant properties adverts across our social media and web platforms
Building rapport and softvetting potential tenants
Capturing all data within our CRM system
Coordinating and facilitating property viewings
Progressing the tenant onto referencing stage and supporting them through the process
Explaining the tenancy agreement and arranging signing of agreements
Moving the tenant into their fantastic new property ensuring checkin and inventory reports are completed
