Bankside Recruitment is a recruitment agency and is opening a new branch in Farringdon.

We offer permanent, temporary and executive search recruitment services across various sectors and we source top talent for businesses within finance and accounting,office support and administration, technology, human resources, marketing and sales areas at all levels.

As the Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be supported by HQ but you will also be responsible for your own branch budget, hiring team members when needed, setting and rolling out policies and procedures (in line with HQ) as well as supporting the team.

The role:

Build and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants both Permanent and Contract Recruitment
Recruit, train, develop and mentor staff members
360degree recruitment position
New Business Development/Account Management skills required
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Budget Management
Be a Handson Manager

Person Specification:

Proven track record of managing a team of 3 people
Sales orientated with proven sales ability
Track record of developing own clients and building a profitable business/branch
2+ years Branch Manager/Recruitment Manager/Team Leader experience
Any vertical market knowledge will be considered
Customer focused with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Track record of achieving sales targets (although not a target driven environment)
Someone who enjoys working in a team environment
Someone who can think outside of the box
Someone who can demonstrate tenacity, has a commercial edge with a desire to reap financial rewards
