The Patient Experience Team are looking for a part time Patient Experience Facilitator, Band 4.

We support front line teams in Dorset HealthCare to be "Better Every Day" by understanding how services can be improved, based on patient feedback.

We are a small but dedicated team who work across the whole Trust, supporting 400 teams in both mental health and physical health.

The work is varied, busy, exciting and challenging.

Working with one manager and three other team members, the role involves supporting teams and specific projects to ensure that the voice of the patient is sought and used in service delivery and development.

This involves surveying patients, setting up focus groups, working with project teams/boards.

You will be fully trained in using the patient experience IT system to design surveys, campaigns and dashboards.

In addition you will be analysing responses and writing reports on the themes and trends within the patient feedback received.

This is a part time role of 22.5 hours per week.
