  • Secondary school £80£100 a day**Teach360 are looking for a behaviour mentor to join a vibrant modern secondary school in Custom house. This is a role with immediate start.

The role - Behaviour Mentor - Custom House


Your role as a behaviour mentor consists of developing one-to-one mentoring relationships with pupils, you will be supporting pupils while they take part in lessons and activities.

it's important as a Behaviour Mentor it's important that you are inspiring, motivating and promoting positive behaviour and relationships.

It's vital you are keeping a record of the pupil's behaviour and setting targets to help improve, making sure you're sharing with class teacher and other behavioural staff members.

As a Behaviour Mentor you will be working alongside teachers and other professionals, like social workers, educational psychologists and education welfare officers providing the best support for the pupils.
