Protocol are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Engagement Officer for an Education provider in the Scunthorpe area on a full-time basis for a period of 6 weeks.

Salary:
£10-14 per hour

The person & qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
At least 2 years work experience in an environment where there is direct contact with employers in a sales environment.
Experience in sales and telemarketing activity

Duties

Raise the profile of local skills provision among employers of all sizes across South Yorkshire and generate new demand for existing and new tailored provision that supports businesses to meet their productivity and growth challenges.
Negotiate and develop opportunities that result in the delivery of bespoke training solutions that meet business needs, raise aspiration, and provide positive, relevant experiences for learners.
Develop and maintain consistently positive relationships with employers and business networks and to work collaboratively with Hub staff in a way which enhances the reputation of the Hub and its members with the wider skills business community.
To work closely with other Hub staff to implement an effective and collaborative crossdepartmental approach to employer engagement.
Create and maintain accurate employer records and progress leads and emerging opportunities promptly and effectively.
