Lead on the Council's management of its Housing stock to include

  • Rent collection
  • Management of arrears
  • Tenancy management
  • Dealing with antisocial behaviour
  • Management of the physical appearance of estates and safety of communal areas
  • Tenant engagement

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the delivery of Housing Management services
  • Lead the Sheltered Housing Service
  • Be the council's lead officer for Welfare Reform
  • Manage the Right to Buy service and leasehold management service
  • Lead on locality working with teams in other departments and the wider Public Sector
