We have a 12-month, full time fixed-term contract for a Customer Service Advisor, with great communication and organisational skills to join our friendly team in Snodland.


The Role:


Dedicated to working with our client (South East Water), you'll be supporting their customers who have questions and queries related to the operational works that we perform on their behalf, such as repair and maintenance of existing water pipes, new connections etc.


You will be the person that is able to connect between the customers, South East Water and the operational teams who carry out the works.


Every day you'll put your naturally curious nature to good use, as you ask questions that enable you to find the right people and solutions to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.


Here are some of the activities you will be involved with

  • Manage incoming calls from clients/customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure all activities related to customer queries are recorded and up to date, using Excel and other systems
  • Take accountability and ownership for seeking solutions, balanced with knowing when to escalate
  • Liaise and work collaboratively with South East Water and Clancy colleagues

Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in IT are both essential.

Important to note, is that we have an early start at 730am and the role will be full time at our offices in Lenham.
