We are a reputable and long-established company, operating a UK sales office based in Washington. We service UK and international customers with branded products from our parent company based in Dubai.

We are looking for a new member to join our Internal sales team reporting to the Sales Office Manager, working closely with our parent company and alongside our external sales team you will ensure excellent customer account management.

Ideally you will have experience with transport logistics for road, air and shipping but most of all you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi task, staying accurate, focussed and positive.

Correct and timely administration is essential for the successful movement of goods and, as our team is small and works within strict deadlines, good team skills and a good eye for detail along with good time management skills are required.

You will use spreadsheets to track goods, create packing lists, monitor costs and to keep on top of order progressing, so excel skills would be a definite advantage.

Numeracy is essential to enable accurate pricing and monitor costs.

You will have good communication skills and be disciplined in keeping customers updated at all times.

Skills:
Communication, Numeracy and Administration. IT skills - Outlook, Excel, Word. SAP skills would also be advantage.

We work 8.30am to 5.00pm with an early finish on Fridays.
