Would you enjoy providing vital administrative support and coordination skills to our volunteer coordinator? Would you like to improve your customer service skills whilst helping those affected by sight loss? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Talk & Support team.
RNIB's Talk & Support service connects over 1200 people a week in small groups for tele-befriending, facilitated by one of our 100 volunteers.
These groups offer informal, friendly support, and a safe space to many blind and partially sighted people and offers meaningful social contact and helps to reduce isolation and loneliness.
This role could be your first job or your next move to getting back into work after a break.You will have sound IT skills including experience with MS Office - Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as good attention to detail and solid communication and organisational skills.
The role is part of RNIB's
