We have a great opportunity in the North of Manchester town centre where we are looking for a entry level womenswear designer for a fat young fashion high street supplier.

With a fairly good size business in the UK and office in LA, China and Australia (a global workforce of over 1000 people ) the client are looking for an Entry level womenswear designer to support a team of 5 to support the team and work mainly on fast young fashion retailer accounts that the business supply's to.

Product is multi product but focusses on woven.


MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED


Looking for a fashion design graduate or a junior womenswear designer with 6 months + commercial experience who has a massive passion for the high street (if you want work with McQueen or Gucci then this isn't for you).

A womenswear designer who has a portfolio that already shows promise in high street design.
Able to use illustrator / CAD well.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Wanting to learn and develop their high street design skills.
Want to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commute to North Manchester on a daily basis (it entry level so relocation maybe hard financially)
UK based and eligible to work in the UK for 5 or more years.


This is a great opportunity with a company that works with at least 10 major high street retailers here in the UK and in Europe so lots of variety.
