Position:
HR Administrator


Location:
Bristol,BS3- fully office based

Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 dependant on experience

Perks: 21 days holiday - increasing by 1 day per year of employment, employee assistance programme, cycle scheme

Hours:
Full Time, Monday - Friday 9-5

And as they have grown they are looking to add a HR administrator to the team. Whilst specific HR experience isn'tessential experience within an administration based setting would be great

About the role
This role will allow you to take a generalist HR approach within a smaller team of three to include

  • Recruitment and onboarding to include advertisements and liaison with external recruiters
  • Documenting and filing of contracts and maintaining them on the HR system and manually
  • Data Control taking main control of the internal HR systems data

About You

  • A proactive approach to work your line manager works across multiple sites so won't be with you all the time
  • Use of Microsoft suite
  • High attention to detail and strong accuracy
  • Excellent Communication skills


Please note this role is suitable to start on the 6th of March, Interviews will be held week commencing 30th January.
