As an IT Support Technician, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional IT services to our offices in Brighton and Seaford.

You will work closely with the Manager Service Provider (MSP) to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systemsand receive direction and guidance on IT management and strategy.

With 1-2 years of IT Support experience, you should be proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently. This role requires the ability to adapt to new challenges and situations on a daily basis.
The focus of this position is on delivering customer
- and business-focused IT services, rather than technical solutions. This means that you should have excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the needs and goals of the company and its employees.
