Senior Conveyancer

Full time (Mon-Fri)

£60,000 - £70,000

Hybrid working - Birmingham
Capio Recruitment are working with a well-established Law Firm in the Midlands, to recruit for a Senior Conveyancer.

The role:

Building Conveyancing in a new area of the business
Managing a team of 30 conveyancers, paralegal and assistants with support from the Conveyancing Manager
Running files from start to completion, unaided
Building relationships with local agents, lenders, and clients
Managing a caseload of purchase, sale, remortgages, and new build transactions.
Conducting title checks and raising enquiries is essential for this role.

You will have:

At least 4 years' experience running your own caseload
Some management experiences
Experience running residential transactions from start to finish
Excellent client care service
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to build strong working relationships
