Our client is a specialist Bank and they are actively seeing a Technical Project Manager to assist during an integral period for the Bank.

The Technical Programme Manager is accountable for planning the technical delivery of all infrastructure change (including server, desktop, and network) for all programmes and projects to deliver the required business outcomes.

We are looking for a seasonedchange professional with the technical experience of both waterfall and agile methodologies to lead internal IT change implementation.

As well as managing the overall IT change plan, the Technical Programme Manager will be responsible for delivering IT infrastructure projects.

The Technical Programme Manager will be ready to resolve any issues and solve problems experienced throughout the project life cycle.

They will be creative, analytical with a drive to continuously improve the technical delivery model and strategy.


Qualifications/Experience:


  • Experience delivering benefits via projects and programmes in a challenging fast paced financial services organisation environment.
  • Proficiency with Agile software development management methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to present technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical groups
  • Experience of presenting to and managing expectations with C-Level executives
  • Ability to work confidently, thinking strategically and driving execution, at all levels throughout a business through strong influential stakeholder management at all levels including Directors and Board level sponsors.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Able to think both strategically and to drive execution.
  • Ability to adapt to different project management styles and methodology.
