The Role
As HOKA Buyer you will own managing of the Buying and assorting process for HOKA DTC. This position is responsible for the DTC range assortments. (Stores &.COM, various Events).This includes seasonal analysis, order management & Buy Plan maintenance.


You will develop relationships, influence and collaborate with the Omni team, including Retail Stores, Marketing, Product Merchandising, Logistics and Demand Planning.


Ideally, you have experience as a Buyer and have great understanding of branded footwear & athletic apparel marketplace across EMEA.


Your Impact:


  • Assortment planning for retail stores, events, DTC-Ecom
  • Work with event management for UTMB, HOKA sponsored marathons and various HOKA events
  • Drive and own order management for DTC
  • Owning the season buy process
  • Connect and build relationship between Brand & DP, Supply
  • Monitoring incoming deliveries and stock and updating the team accordingly
  • Running the weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and analysis on bestsellers
  • Reconciling orders to ensure that accurate quantities have been placed
  • Creating of the season range masters for retail
  • Creating and maintaining range plans
  • Managing the critical path for (future) differentiation needs for DTC Ecom, Retail and Events
