As a Sales Admin, your responsibilities will include

Coordinating calls & responses and representing the company accordingly
Maintaining customer relationships to increase sales and customer retention
Assisting with handling inbound and outbound calls with clients and prospects
Arrange appointments for sales team ensuring effective planning of schedules
Coordinating incoming sales enquiries & recording all sales activity
Effectively assist with diary management and other adhoc admin duties

We're looking for a Sales Admin who has the following skills and experience

Some experience in a Sales Admin role is essential
An excellent communicator who's highly organised with an eye for detail
Excellent customer service skills with outbound and inbound calling experience
Be a good timekeeper with the ability to work to deadlines
Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM
Have a cando attitude, who's prepared to roll their sleeves up and get involved

In return, the successful Sales Admin will receive a salary of £23,000 to £28,000, plus the following benefits
