Sales Support

Salary:
£19,500 - £22,000 per annum

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Location:
Pontyclun

Acorn by Synergie is currently looking for a Sales Support to assist their client's Head of Sales.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Head of Sales in the development and implementation of prospecting campaigns
Ensure all customer quotation requests are actioned within the agreed timescale
Follow up all outstanding quotes to convert to jobs
Take ownership of the customer order process through to sign off and ensure customers are kept up to date on progress
To assist in the delivery of social media campaigns, working with agencies to ensure a clear and consistent branding message across all platforms
The handling of customer enquiries, including inbound calls, personal callers, customer head office and site visits when required
To own customer complaints/issues and ensure resolution using clear and consistent communication channels
Regularly update data on the company CRM database
Maintaining day to day supplier relationships and communicating any updates to the Head of Sales
Liaising with suppliers to check progress of existing orders
Liaising with Suppliers to manage the collation, storage and distribution of all third party products
To ensure that all 'customer areas' are maintained to a high standard and that they effectively promote the company and its products
Carry out all admin duties as required
Carry out other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by the company
