Job Purpose:


To provide excellent customer service to all on site.

Day To Day Responsibilities:


  • Providing exemplary customer service throughout the customer's journey.
  • Organising the travel to and from the site.
  • Managing fast expense reimbursement etc.
  • Welcoming the customers and visitors via phone or in person, answering or referring enquires.
  • Keeping customers appointments on schedules by notifying provider on the customers arrival.
  • Maintaining private records

Key attributes needed:


  • Confident and experienced in answering telephone calls in a fastpaced environment.
  • Outstanding problemsolving skills able to respond quickly to business changes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Friendly and polite manner with good organisation skills.
  • Must have full driving licence due to once a week attending a sister site within 45minute commute.
  • Flexible and willing to learn new skills.
