As a Senior Residential Children's Support Worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people you support, ensuring you and your team are committed to the highest standards of care with a vision to champion a better futurefor the children and young people you support.

You will play a key role in providing tailored support to the children and young people you champion for, ensuring a safe, secure and accepting environment, enabling them to achieve, develop and flourish in allaspects of their life and become the best version of themselves.

  • Recent experience working with Children and Young People with complex and challenging behaviour.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or working towards this.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
