Pay:
£278.13 per day


Hours:37 per week


You will need

  • Current or working towards Associate Membership of the Chartered institute of Housing or equivalent,
  • Educated to Degree Level or equivalent or evidence by experience,
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and have access to own means of transport.

Your key responsibilities will be

  • To assist and contribute to ongoing reviews to ensure accurate, uptodate policies and procedures are in place and to support the efficient delivery of the Right to Buy process. This includes reviewing and proposing improvements/amendments as necessary in consultation with Neighbourhood Manager and other senior officers.
  • Respond to complaints, queries, and questions about Right to Buy process from tenants, ward councillors and MP within corporate timescales.
  • Provide professional support to the Project Manager (Neighbourhood Recharges) as necessary and appropriate.
