Maxxima (part of Acacium Group)

Field based role with national travel and working from home opportunities

Permanent

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a car allowance and bonus scheme of up to £8,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to join our growing team at Maxxima.

You will be responsible for managing a small number of NHS Trusts within our Master Vendor portfolio of 28 trusts, where we have exclusivity on all roles within the AHP andHSS specialisms.


You will strengthen existing client relationships to maintain and grow the level of business within each NHS Trust, managing the account whilst working alongside our internal Master Vendor team, Leadership Team, and recruitment desks.


Every day you will

  • Be the key contact for the nominated NHS Trusts, developing and maintaining longterm relationships
  • Maximise the fill rate within existing departments and cross sell into other departments of each NHS Trust
  • Develop a good understanding of your accounts, their service structure, what they do, their work culture and their environment to deliver exceptional service and support your strategic growth plans
  • Live and breathe your client's culture to become part of their team, chairing review meetings with trust and being visible onsite

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have

  • Proven experience in service lead account management
  • Healthcare experience with knowledge of NHS frameworks
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong understanding of the endtoend recruitment cycle and experience in delivering clientfocused solutions to customer needs
