We are an award-winning chilled and frozen prepared meal manufacturer for the healthcare and complementary markets.

We are currently seeking a
Chiller Operative to join our team in
Colchester, Essex.

You will be given support and structured training enabling you to succeed along your chosen career path.

You will ensure all food products are chilled to the correct temperature after cooking and record temperature checks at the end of chilling to ensure critical limit time is achieved.

Temperature and timings to be recorded accurately onto paperwork
You will be required to work in a temperature controlled envionment of 4 degrees, relevant PPE is provided to keep you warm.
Adaptable and able to work under pressure
Good attention to detail
The ability to manage own time effectively to achieve daily tasks and targets within a small team
Effective maths and English
Experience within a similar role desirable though not essential as full training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety desirable
