Job description - Operations Assistant
In this Operations Assistant role, you will be integral to supporting the team during this exciting period of growth.


You will be responsible for ensuring that the digital supply chain is efficiently managed, working with multiple stakeholders and artists in the industry.


It is essential that you are a detail-oriented person, with a love for music, who is keen to learn about the operations landscape in the early stage of your career.


Key responsibilities - Operations Assistant

  • In this Operations Assistant opportunity for graduates, your responsibilities with include:_
  • Providing direct assistance to the operations team on improving all services
  • Providing daytoday support to the Operations Manager in digital supply chain management, including the build of all label releases at partners
  • Managing the digital catalogue onboarding of new artists
  • Resolving rights conflicts and inquiries from internal and external partners
  • Digitally archiving all music and assets including contracts, auditing them regularly to ensure they are stored effectively
  • Contributing ideas for system and process improvements
