Description
Paying up to £75,000 plus an annual bonus and car allowance your responsibilities will include- Work in partnership with local Directors & SLT team to understand recruitment requirements and design appropriate strategies with the right team/resource in place (direct recruitment, early careers, agency recruitment, internal mobility)
- Align Talent Acquisition processes across the each county to ensure business and recruitment efficiency
- Responsible for executive level recruitment and line manage the regional talent partners who are responsible for the operational recruitment
- Strong business partnering with heads of departments and markets to lead Regional TA programmes eg early careers & apprenticeships, to ensure business needs are met with a consistent approach
- Leverage cross functional relationships to drive alignment and improve communication
- Deliver operational performance excellence through continuous improvement of their People Solution platform, policies & processes across Europe.
- Devise and implement EVP strategy in partnership with the EVP Project group to improve attraction and retention
- Oversee our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion programme; ensure Talent Acquisition supports overall DEI strategy
- Strong people manager that will support the team & encourage their growth
Skills and Experience
- Strong track record in Talent Acquisition, understanding of challenges & solution oriented
- Experience managing teams in a European and UK environment
- Experience managing stakeholders at all levels of organization, connecting & influencing in a matrix environment
- Strong sense of prioritization & continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated system/team/process enhancements
- KPI oriented and analytical mindset
- Better Together mindset, building strong sense of team across markets
- Future oriented ability to think big picture, anticipating future needs/trends with strong strategic work force planning
- Project/Process Management skills and highly result oriented
- Leverage data and insights with digital mindset to propose recommendation and improvements
- Tools and technologies knowledge
