Description
HCT are pleased to be recruiting an individual passionate about developing a career within the People team. A period of development will be provided for you to gain valuable operational People experience whilst receiving structured support.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid HR administration skills who is experienced at providing first line support to managers on a wide range of people issues.

You will be managing a varied workload including providing quality employee relations advice and guidance to managers and staff on policies, procedures, and legislation.

You will work in partnership with our People Manager and Business Partners to understand service areas and tailor support accordingly.

You will work closely with and report into a People Manager, who will support and provide you with the confidence and experience to work towards more complex people cases as well as cross organisation projects.

The role will also work with all managers and employees, providing people advice and support, allowing the organisation to meet its objectives.

As part of the role you will also have the opportunity to spend a period of time supporting wider project work, under the guidance of the People and OD Lead.

This will include supporting the administration of staff recognition and staff benefits schemes.

During this period of time, you will also support the reviews of our HR policies and implementation of changes, and work with other areas of the People team to assist them when researching new policies and guidance.
